They also mentioned that device settings should stick to configuration options for the device itself, without including media player settings.

What I Learned
I learned that AIAIAI primarily focuses on their professional users rather than their casual users. While they produce excellent hardware, their apps lack consistency. If AIAIAI aims to attract more casual users and/or market more of their products, my prototype would be highly effective, providing a unified platform for updating headphones and managing all AIAIAI products in one place.
Next Steps
Conduct more usability testing with more users and use their feedback to enhance my designs further.
Creating a dark mode for this app, which can reduce eye strain and improve battery life on devices with OLED screens.
Explore device tracking features to determine if users would benefit from being able to locate their devices easily.
